What to expect when you’re expecting to have a good time at Alex and Bailee’s Wedding

We’re officially in the home stretch.

If you’re reading this, the wedding is almost here and we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate with everyone in Estes Park.

Please take two minutes to read through the information below so that everything goes smoothly and Alex and Bailee don’t receive 47 text messages on the big day.

Parking

Parking is free.

the landing does have a parking lot, but don’t count on there being a spot.

There is additional parking directly across from the venue down Chiefs Head Road. (booo chiefs)

If possible, carpool. Parking should be fine, but every extra car means one more thing for someone to figure out.

What To Expect

The ceremony will be outdoors.

After that we’ll move into cocktail hour, dinner, speeches, dancing, and an open bar.

Basically all the things people hope happen at weddings.

Bring $5 Cash

This is not required.

But if you show up with $5 cash, there’s a very good chance you’ll be glad you did.

That’s all we’re saying.

Food & Drinks

The bar is open all night.

Please remember that you’re in the mountains. Drink water occasionally and make choices that Future You won’t spend Sunday apologizing for.

Our signature drinks are:

  • Italian Margarita
  • Jack & Diet Coke

Dinner will be buffet style and consists of foods we enjoy enough to serve to over one hundred people.

Dress Code

Dress nice.

Not black tie.

Not Walmart

Somewhere in between.

Also remember that the ceremony is outside and mountain evenings can get chilly.

A Few Final Notes

  • There will be grass, gravel, stairs, and other things that exist outdoors.
  • Feel free to take photos, but we’d love for everyone to stay present during the ceremony.
  • If you’re staying in Estes for the weekend, drink some water. Seriously.

We can’t wait to celebrate with all of you.

See you soon.
